Nicole Airesman, based in Forest, VA, is a Grants Coordinator with IFP. She excels in supporting IFP’s clients in creating the non-narrative components of complex federal grant applications, including the budget, budget justification, and other attachments. In her role, she helps clients align their proposed budgets with funder requirements and reviews and helps develop various grant attachments for alignment with the funding opportunity. She has experience with the non-narrative components of HRSA, SAMHSA, USDA, NIH, and NEA grants, as well as writing foundation grants to the Adams-Mastrovich Family Foundation and the Raskob Foundation. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a background in evaluation and statistics. She is familiar with bringing research projects from conceptual stages to finished products, including working within organizational processes and policies as well as Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements. Nicole also provides detail-oriented administrative support for Innovative Funding Partners leadership and assists with marketing and communications for the firm. In her free time, Nicole enjoys hiking, horseback riding, and making food for her friends.
