Nicole Airesman, M.S.

Nicole Airesman, based in Forest, VA, is a Grants Coordinator with IFP. She is passionate about helping IFP’s clients elevate their work by conveying their needs through data, making data-driven decisions, and winning grants. Nicole excels in supporting IFP’s clients in creating the non-narrative components of complex federal grant applications, including the budget, budget justification, and other attachments. In her role, she helps clients align their proposed budgets with funder requirements and reviews and develops various grant attachments for alignment with the funding opportunity. She has experience with the non-narrative components of federal (HRSA, SAMHSA, USDA, NIH, BJA, OVW, and NEA) as well as state and foundation grants. She has worked on several successful governmental grants in the past few years, including grants from HRSA, BJA, SAMHSA, and Iowa Dept of Workforce Development. Additionally, she has written successful foundation grants to the Adams-Mastrovich Family Foundation and the Raskob Foundation, among others. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a background in evaluation and statistics. She is familiar with bringing research projects from conceptual stages to finished products, including working within organizational processes and policies as well as Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements. Nicole also provides detail-oriented administrative support for Innovative Funding Partners' leadership and assists with marketing and communications for the firm. In her free time, Nicole enjoys hiking with her dog, horseback riding, and making food for her friends.
