Misty Sailors, Ph.D., based in Pueblo, CO, has more than twenty years of successful grant writing experience. She has won grants for various non-profits and local school districts from various funders, including the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Canadian Organization for the Development of Education (CODE Canada), the Institute for Education Sciences, the Colorado Office of Economic Development, and International Trade, among others. Misty holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Austin. She is an experienced Project Manager with more than twenty years of experience working in research environments and more than fifteen years of experience as a Project Director for educational projects in the USA, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique, and South Africa. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, traveling, birdwatching, and reading.
