Marsha Carey, based in St. Petersburg, Florida, has 25 years’ experience working with nonprofit organizations and government entities. She has served as a project director managing federal and state grants. She has written successful federal, state, local and national grant applications on behalf of nonprofit and government institutions. Marsha has experience with numerous federal agencies including OJJDP, SAMHSA, Dept. of Education, HRSA, BJA, HUD and more. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing piano, and participating in art classes.
