Liz Wolkoff, based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, is an accomplished grant professional with expertise in grant writing, project management, and prospect research, supporting local and national nonprofits of all sizes. Liz has subject matter expertise in mental health, addiction and recovery, children and family programming, healthcare, and education.
