Gregory Phipps, Ph.D., based in Wellington, Florida, is an accomplished grant-writing professional with a decade of experience securing major grant funding from federal and state government agencies, private foundations, and corporations, and eight years of experience as a foundation program officer. His former experience as an officer at a large foundation provides him with an in-depth understanding of what funders look for in a successful proposal. Gregory draws upon research methodologies and data analysis techniques to develop winning grant proposals. He has expertise in a diverse range of subjects including environmental health, climate change, conservation, mental health, education, health care access and equity, and disaster response and preparedness, and holds a PhD from Oxford University in Environmental Conservation and Policy. Gregory has successful experience with foundation and federal grants, including Department of Education, DOJ, USDA, and FEMA. In his free time, Gregory enjoys traveling internationally and fostering elderly dogs awaiting adoption.
