Carol Bartholomew, M.S., based in Winchester, VA, has experience writing foundation and federal grants for nonprofit entities within the health care, human services, faith-based, and criminal justice sectors. Carol also has experience supporting clients with the non-narrative portions of grant applications such as the budget, budget narrative, and additional attachments. Carol holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Psychology and a Master’s of Science in Developmental Psychology. Carol has had successful experience writing HRSA, CDC, BJA and SAMHSA grants, along with numerous foundation grants. In her free time, Carol enjoys camping, traveling, and cooking/baking.
