Education: Dr. Graybeal earned his Ph.D. in Psychology, with a concentration in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience, at George Mason University in 2016. He earned his M.S. in Psychology, with a concentration in Biopsychology, from George Mason University in 2013. He graduated summa cum laude from Bridgewater College in 2011 with a B.S. in Psychology.

Experience: Dr. Graybeal has been conducting research for the past seven years. His work has encompassed a variety of topics including substance abuse, Alzheimer’s Disease, effective teaching, augmented reality, the effects of expectancy on cognitive performance, and the effects of light’s spectral composition on arousal and cognitive performance. He has experience with all stages of the research process, from writing literature reviews and idea generation, to research design and data analysis, to presenting results and writing technical reports/peer-reviewed manuscripts.
