Education:  Amanda received a B.S. in Psychology from Bridgewater College (VA), and received her M.S. in Psychology and PhD in Behavioral Neuroscience from Binghamton University (NY).

Experience:  Amanda is currently an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Bluefield State College in West Virginia.

Amanda’s background includes 10 years of experimental research experience and has co-authored 7 peer reviewed manuscripts.  She has also presented original research at several national and international conferences including the Society for Neuroscience, International Society for Developmental Psychobiology, International Conference on Comparative Cognition, and Neurobehavioral Teratology Society.  She has extensive experience creating research presentations with significant experience communicating to an academic audience.
